Summary: To provide BMA participants with suitable exercise and fitness routines to improve balance, strength, and endurance for off-road riding in the upcoming 2020 season. Guided by an experienced fitness instructor, participants will learn exercises to build body strength and endurance using a mix of resistance and circuit training. Participants are encouraged to actively participate and should come prepared to work out. There will be an option of continuing with a regular supervised routine with other club participants over the course of the winter.

Requirements: As there are a limited number of participants (10 in morning, 10 in afternoon), registration below is required. Participants are required to dress appropriately and come prepared to participate in practical gym demonstrations.
