COST: Free for BMA members and only open to BMA members

- Applies familiar techniques at a more advanced level
- Includes practical tests and challenges for confident riders

- Bike handling skills
- Enduro riding techniques
- Advanced obstacles
- Challenging climbs and descents
- Traction control
THE RIDE PLAN: Intermediate skills training in small groups. Demonstrations followed by guided practice sessions and coaching will help members learn and improve on intermediate bike handling and riding skills.
- Participants should be mindful of their capabilities and are encouraged to ride within their limits.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bring an open mind and a good dose of humility.
- Ensure your bike is in top condition.
- Bring proper protective equipment.
- Bring plenty of hydration and trail snacks such as energy bars.
- Note the weather for the day and dress appropriately.
